Tony Persichilli

Tony Persichilli, owner of Green Mountain Builders in Ft. Myers, Florida, has been an active state-certified contractor in Florida since 1989. Initially established as Green Mountain Renovations in 2007, the company was rebranded in 2014 to meet increasing demand for “Green Mountain” homes, and under the guidance of Tony Persichilli, it has continued to grow its reputation as a trusted, family-owned contractor in Southwestern Florida.

Prior establishing his own business, Tony Persichilli held executive positions with nationally recognized developers, most recently including a role as division president at Colonial Homes/Meritage Homes. After joining Colonial Homes in 1999 as the company’s first employee, he not only led all hiring, acquisitions, and operations but also successfully established the firm as a leading luxury home developer in Ft. Myers over the course of six years and managed its acquisition by Meritage.

Earlier in his career, Tony Persichilli served in various capacities for U.S. Home Corporation (now Lennar Corporation), beginning as a construction supervisor and concluding the regional vice president of Collier County at the time of his departure in 1999. During his 12-year tenure, he developed a broad background in various aspects of homebuilding and business development, successfully turning around a failing region and subsequently establishing it as one of the company’s most profitable.
