Possessing over 25 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, Tony Ehinger has served in numerous leadership roles and contributed greatly to the development and current position of Credit Suisse, an international financial services group. Beginning his career in 1986, Tony Ehinger started with the Associate Training Program at the First Boston Corporation (of Credit Suisse) and focused his work in debt capital markets. Demonstrating initiative, he quickly advanced to Head of Equities in 1992. Gaining experience in equity sales, he later held the position of Head of Global Equities from 2003 to 2009. During his six years as the department head, Tony Ehinger successfully developed the company’s equity franchise to become a leading industry competitor. A significant contributor to the development of Credit Suisse, Mr. Ehinger assisted in recruiting new personnel and operated as an ambassador at Georgetown University for campus recruiting. Prior to his long career with Credit Suisse, Tony Ehinger was in sales for Datapoint. He graduated with his Bachelor of Arts from Drew University, where he studied English and economics. He balanced his academic studies with playing soccer and lacrosse. In his free time, he had functioned as the music director of the school’s radio station and produced three concerts. Mr. Ehinger pursued further academic and professional endeavors at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he gained his Master of Business Administration. An active alumnus, Mr. Ehinger and his wife have donated $3 million to the renovation of Drew’s University Center. He also collaborated with other alumni to raise $500,000 to help renovate other areas of the college campus.
