With more than 20 years of business consulting experience, Tonya Brenneman advises C-level professionals and managers on strategic initiatives, organizational change, and leadership development. Known for her ability to bring concepts to actionable results, Tonya Brenneman has led a number of high-impact assignments in the last several years. These include serving as a senior advisor to a number of Fortune 500 companies and senior executives as they design and implement innovative strategies and tactics to improve business and organizational performance.In a recent engagement, Tonya Brenneman provided guidance to a CEO who was developing a second company to leverage existing expertise in a new market and revenue stream. Ms. Brenneman, working closely with the CEO, designed the start-up's business model, organizational structure, job descriptions, marketing materials, and implementation approach and methodology. In another engagement, she served as a senior advisor on a capital and organizational effectiveness project for ConocoPhillips. The project was focused on improving cross-functional collaboration and problem solving to increase capital effectiveness and strategic asset performance. Ms. Brenneman's consulting has enabled her clients to increase their earnings by millions of dollars and create faster, healthier organizations. A graduate of Kansas State University, Tonya Brenneman also lends her expertise to a number of charitable and community organizations. From 2002 to 2008, she held a seat on the Board of Directors of Wipe out Kids’ Cancer, and she remains on the organization’s Advisory Board today. She also serves as an Executive Coach with the Edwin L. Cox Business Leadership Center at Southern Methodist University, where she coaches Cox Distinguished Business Leaders and Dean’s Circle members.
