Upgrade maintenance, reliability, and installation of 20 miles of overhead power line by clearing power line routes, checking connections with infrared imagining, lighting protection. Maintain 230k volt incoming reduced to 112k volt/4160 volts/480 volts. Upgraded heavy equipment and mobile fleet by working with Caterpillar Equipment Company. Increased running uptime from 71% to 93% by streamlining and changing maintenance procedures.

Design, install, programmed GE series programmable controllers for all conveying systems with graphics interface for indicating all faults therefore reducing downtime by showing where the fault was. Wrote project, secure equipment, and implemented change over from haul trucks to load-haul-dump system. Increase production from 750, 000 to 1, 200, 000 tons a year by upgrading hoist, increase hoisting speed, reliability, and training. Streamline salt production systems from underground mining to finish product by upgrading equipment, increase conveying speed from 450 ft. per minute to 800 ft. per minute, installed programmable controllers for reliability.
