I contribute columns—mostly book reviews and policy analysis—for the JFP, and received a 2012 AAN AltWeekly Award (second place, political columns, low-circulation) for my work. My interview with author and seminary professor Sandra Richter was featured as the cover story for the November 24th, 2010 edition.

My dissertation deals with the work of Max Kadushin, author of Organic Thinking (1938) and The Rabbinic Mind (1952).

Teaching Experience

In Fall 2011, I taught two noncredit courses as part of Millsaps College's Adult Enrichment Series ("Love and the Vulnerable Individualism" and "Surrealism"). I have also taught miscellaneous community workshops for various nonprofits over the past 16 years. I have never taught a college course for credit.
