About Tom Gang

A former football coach and athletic director with more than 18 years of collegiate experience, Tom Gang currently serves as owner and business manager of TS GANG LLC, doing business as Sister Act Community Child Care, in Carrollton, Missouri. Tom Gang developed a start-up strategy and gained all necessary licenses for the business, turning it the area’s largest state-licensed facility.

Previously, Mr. Gang was the head football coach for Mendocino College, where he recruited student athletes, developed schedules for practice and travel, and coordinated all aspects of intercollegiate athletic activities. Additionally, he participated in fundraising initiatives and maintained positive relations between the school and the community. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gang held assistant football coaching responsibilities with Modesto Junior College and California State University Fullerton. A former member of the American Football Coaches Association, he also belonged to the California Community Colleges Football Coaches Association.

Tom Gang earned a bachelor’s degree in physical education from California State University, Fullerton, followed by a master’s in teaching from Grand Canyon University. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and scuba diving; he counts Hawaii and the Bahamas among his favorite destinations for both activities.
