VTS Clima - the biggest European producer of AHU (air handling units). I had responsibility for all aspects of activity and P/L of Representative Offices located in Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Belarus, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary.  

I have managed during relatively short time of work at VTS to consolidate and motivate my team. It has resulted in increasing revenue by 34%, increasing profit by over 100%,  reducing overdue payments by 50%,  establishing system of assigning annual goals and measuring the performance.

I had responsibility for commercial startup in Poland and than for sales development in Russia, Baltic States, Czech, Ukraine, Hungary and Balkans. I have managed to develop succesfull Sales and Marketing Dept. We have gainedduring 3 years, (starting form 3%) over 50% of the Polish market . My next assigment was to introduce TeliaSonera into new countries (Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Moldavia).
