He is the Owner and Managing Consultant at Kennedy-Ireland, an Organisation Development and Leadership Consultancy firm based in Ireland. In that time he has worked for private and public sector clients. These include Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 listed corporations. In the international arena he has worked for the European Commission, DFID, the World Bank, UNDP and UNICEF. He is skilled in Organisation Change, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, and Project Management.

In addition, he has also worked In Eastern Europe [Hungary and Poland], the Middle East [Turkey] and throughout Asia [Thailand, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal and India] and Africa [Ethiopia, Tanzania, Kenya, Zambia, South Africa, and Namibia]. Kennedy-Ireland clients are in pharmaceuticals, software, technology, financial services, an professional services.
International Development clients include the European Commission, DFID, the World Bank, UNDP and UNICEF.
Projects include designing and facilitating stakeholder workshops and conferences [including conflict resolution], programme design, project management and assurance, organisation and leadership development, and executive coaching.

My role as a Senior Consultant was to generate new business, manage client accounts and to
deliver consultancy solutions and learning programmes. While in Sheppard Moscow I worked with clients in Europe, Asia and Africa.

I set up Meta Consultancy Ltd. to provide Team Development and Organisation Change
programmes. Meta Consultancy had many great breakthroughs with projects in Ireland, the UK, USA, India,
Turkey, Poland, Ethiopia, Pakistan, Namibia, Belgium and Bangladesh.
It was during this time that the processes and tools used by Kennedy-Ireland were developed and perfected.

Harvest was set-up 25 years ago by Pearse Walsh. It is still one of Ireland's top training
consultancies. During the four years I worked for Harvest, I had clients and projects in Ireland, and
UK and Germany. Harvest is best know in the Financial Services sector and for team building, sales training and
interpersonal skills development.

I was recruited to be part of the start-up of an Executive Search and Selection division in Atlas.
During my four years with the company, I moved them from a low position to second place for the
recruitment of executives for the Pharmaceutical and Medical sectors in Ireland.

i started my work in the Jury's Hotel Group as a Housekeeping Porter. After one year I was appointed as a Cost Control Clerk. One year later I was promoted to the Assistant
Internal Auditor role. I had great success identifying weaknesses in the management accounting processes, and of producing solutions that led to improvements.

The College of Saint Alcuin is a small Anglo-Catholic seminary within the MGST - The Minnesota Graduate School of Theology. The Graduate School has authority from the Minnesota Higher Education Coordinating Board to grant degrees under a religious exemption status.
My MPhil [Hons] in Church History, was earned by a research thesis on the British and Irish Celtic church.

Did a Business major in Human Resources. UL [then the NIHE] was the first University in Ireland to offer a full degree in Human Resources Management.
It was an amazing time, to be part of a new and innovative world class University.
