As founder and managing partner of Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates, P.C., in Plainview, New York, Tom Rosicki oversees a staff of hundreds of attorneys and paralegals. Through the firm, which is focused on mortgage banking law, Tom Rosicki has represented numerous corporate clients, including Chase and Fannie Mae, as well as the New York mortgage banking industry.
Before establishing Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates, P.C., Tom Rosicki distinguished himself in the private sector, government, and law enforcement. As a vice president and the director of security for Macy’s East from 1990 to 1995, he directed loss prevention and security for nearly 60 locations, maintaining responsibility for over 1,250 employees. Mr. Rosicki received several grateful letters from law enforcement agencies thanking him for his support during this period, and he became a featured lecturer and speaker on topics ranging from organizational management to internal investigations. Before joining Macy’s, he served as the deputy commissioner of the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission and spent seven years in the FBI’s Organized Crime Division.
Over the course of his career, Tom Rosicki has received numerous awards, including the FBI’s Liberty Weekend Support Award in 1986 and its Exceptional Performance Award in 1988. For his charitable work, which has largely focused on advocating for people with disabilities, he has received many service awards and commendations from local government agencies and nonprofit organizations.
