Executed corporate turn-around, tripled revenues, returned technical software company to profitability prior to exit. Divested non-core business and acquired new immediately accretive business during my leadership.
Accelerated growth from $90MM to $500MM during my tenure at Bentley Systems – leading a software development division, field channel sales, acting as Asst. General Counsel, and most functional roles in between leading teams of various sizes while also being rated the most effective leader in an internal Watson Wyatt employee survey. Bentley is a privately, closely held company but made a confidential filing to go public in 2015.
Led seed fundraising efforts for Source3, a company I co-founded, culminating in a $4M Seed round led by Autodesk, Contour Venture Partners, Correlation Ventures and others. Source3 was acquired by Facebook in July 2017.
Led operations at Xometry, the platform on-demand manufacturing. Scaled organization to support 8x part volume, and 5x partner ecosystem growth in a one year period. Active participant in last $15M fundraising round led by BMW iVentures. Transitioned to a senior advisor role August 2017.
