Divested non-core business and acquired new immediately accretive business during my leadership.
Accelerated growth from $90MM to $500MM during my tenure at Bentley Systems – leading a software development division, field channel sales, acting as Asst. General Counsel, and most functional roles in between leading teams of various sizes while also being rated the most effective leader in an internal Watson Wyatt employee survey. Bentley is a privately, closely held company but made a confidential filing to go public in 2015.
Recently led seed fundraising efforts for Source3, a company I co-founded, culminating in a $4M Seed round led by Autodesk, Contour Venture Partners, Correlation Ventures and others.
