I am currently employed in an external client facing role for the digital directories division of Yellow Pages Group.

I am selling the full portfolio of Yellow products, with a focus on digital advertising and am able to utilise my skills in negotiation, business development and product education.

The role is fast paced, intensive and highly targeted, requiring a great work ethic and the ability to work autonomously.

Cellar Door Manager

Mudbrick Vineyard and Restaurant, Waiheke Island

I was at the helm of implementing a number of improvements aimed at increasing sales revenues and improving customer experience.

Managing a team of up to 12, I was responsible for overseeing cellar door operations, including private and trade wine sales, conducting vineyard tours and wine tastings, organising and negotiating overseas wine sales.

Account Manager & Sales Manager

Redactive Publishing, London

Initially responsible for recruitment advertising for the brand Public Finance, I quickly progressed, taking on responsibility for two other key brands, Quality World and The Marketer as well as managing a small team.

Key achievements:

  • Brought the highest ever revenue into a single issue of Public Finance.
  • Grew market share from 50% to over 70% in 4 months
  • Achieved the highest Quality World revenue in its history
  • 170% to target in Y1 of new online advertising platform

2006 - 2009

Account Manager (Agency Manager)

Incisive Media, London, UK

Working for the recruitment advertising division of the organisation I progressed from selling single job listings to SMEs, to working with a combined client base of advertising agencies, blue chip organisations and recruitment consultancies selling complex mixed media campaigns.

Key achievements:

  • Agency revenue growth increased from 60% to 80% of group total.
  • On-line revenue up 15% year on year.
  • Introduced new digital technologies to the market.
