Summary

Every part of my career has been dedicated to the understanding of how better customer service adds value to business. In the last ten years I've worked in both a startup with a handful of employees and for one of the worlds largest media companies, where I recently won a global advertising award. I'm starting out in speciality coffee but I've been in customer service all my life. Making the coffee that gives someone a unforgettable speciality experience is what I want to do.

Volunteer Barista role at Crisis in house speciality store. Working with both UE roasters and Shot Yard coffee on a Linea classic. Building up my knowledge of drinks and service in a demanding environment working alongside members of the Crisis program. One person shift, demanding a hands on approach to all tasks from coffee making to toilet cleaning.
