About Todd Spiegelman

For six years, Todd Spiegelman worked as a litigation associate at Clifford Chance US, LLP, in its New York City office. In this role, he represented corporations, directors, and officers in state and federal court and assisted in drafting briefs in antitrust actions, contract disputes, and securities class actions. Among his court cases for Clifford Chance, Todd Spiegelman defended a Chinese bank against claims asserted by a former employee. The employee alleged that the bank worked with Chinese authorities to violate his rights, and Mr. Spiegelman assisted in drafting briefs that ultimately won the case for the bank.

Todd Spiegelman served as a legal intern for Fordham University’s Federal Litigation Clinic in New York City. While there, he represented criminal defendants and drafted sections of briefs to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He also spent time as a summer associate for Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold, LLP, also in New York City. In this position, Mr. Spiegelman drafted legal memoranda and conducted research on outsourcing private health information.
