Invented a customer flow template to immediately save 2 FTE and increase productivity by 20% first year and an additional 7% second year. Brought client scheduling in-house, saving $32K annually.

Updated equipment to make $24K more annually. Saved company $130K by smart equipment purchases, saving 87% off retail.

Reversed the hemorrhaging of revenue, increasing monthly sales by 50% vs. prior year. Achieved overhead reduction in 2011 to allow for a 20% increase in ownership compensation during a flat revenue period in a significantly down market.

Took risk to switch marketing vendors, saving $380K and initiating a campaign that sold a year’s worth of service within 1 week.

Instituted sales bonus, escalating sales of key service by 100% within 30 days and adding $180K annual incremental revenue.

Negotiated new insurance policies to save 28% a year.

Turned around underperforming operation within 24 months; saved $10K annually within the first 2 weeks of employment. Updated billing policy, slashing 90+ day AR from 19% to 9%.




While President of national association board, created succession plan and updated brand to catapult interest and reputation, boosting vendor participation at conferences from $90K to $300K and skyrocketing sponsorships up to 10-fold.

Consolidated redundant staff duties to save nearly a full FTE and $45K+ annually.

Saved company/ Principals 6.2% each through keen succession planning.

Identified operational inefficiency in major department and implemented change procedures, new equipment and remodeling that increased patient throughput of the department by over 40%.
