Represented clients in business, employment, worker's compensation, and product liability litigation. Persuaded the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court to overturn existing law and create new precedent in Lackey v. McDowell prohibiting the release of all joint tortfeasors where a written release names only one joint tortfeasor (262 Ga. 185, 415 S.E.2.d 902 (1992)).

Co-authored "Improving Business Results through Total Quality Management" seminar resources, developed marketing strategy and materials, and presented seminar content to attendees. Achieved certification as an ISO 9000:1994 Auditor. Served as an Examiner for the Tennessee Quality Award (based on the Baldrige National Quality Program standards).

Directed all operations in a 5 state, 92 unit region for an area sub-franchisor of Precision Tune Auto Care. Built and nurtured a collaborative work team of 5 operations managers. Partnered with individual franchisees on problem-solving and decision-making regarding sales, financial performance, and labor challenges while ensuring their compliance with all legal agreements and best practice operating standards. Recruited and developed new franchisees and center locations.
