Global Account Executive/Product Services Manager Accountable for over 100 higher education institutions, both domestic and international, that purchased Prospect Relationship Manager(PRM), an ASP suite of products that allows higher education institutions to manage online applications, events, interviews, and prospect/lead generation. Major work responsibilities: Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of The Princeton Review products and services, competitive technologies, and industry trends. Manage and facilitate the implementation process of technology products and marketing services. Conduct personal computer product trainings to ensure successful implementation and client usage of products and services. Consult with clients on" best practice" use of technology based on thorough analysis of data and usage. Work with Sales Executive to perform cost/benefit and needs analysis for emerging customer needs with goal of up-selling new or existing modules. Interface with development and operations teams to prepare, launch, and support admission technology solutions.
