Creative Direction: Entire creative team reports to myself, including Graphics, UX and UI staff. Coupling creative design with business innovation is my core passion in technology.
Project Co-Ordination: Utilising Jira across all clients, with Sprint & Scrum methodologies. Leading junior PMs and BAs. For top tier clients I will act as their primary Project Manager.

Upon emigrating to New Zealand, explored multiple hospitality based investments. Our choice to emigrate was a desire to escape the corporate city cycle and start a family (we now have 4 children, growing up as Kiwis).
I was an 'accidental entrepeneur' forced into this path due to immigration needs and being over qualified for the Investment Banking IT industry within NZ back in 2006.
All investments have since been exited (all profitable), except a single 80-seater restaurant which remains operational under full management.

Post travel, we emigrated to Singapore in 2004.

Was hired into Morgan Stanley through their graduate recruitment scheme, and over 3-4yrs was fast tracked through their technology management programme.

As a hyper aggressive organisation, I was fast tracked into senior positions of responsibility and exposure very early within my career. Whilst having found the Investment Banking industry tenuous to my creative needs, it did set a solid foundation for future exploits.
A highly formative degree covering many aspects of design & engineering. I specialised in the more technology driven arenas around 3D CAD, Electrical Engineering, Neural Networks... and the very early years of web game development.
One of the first schools to adopt the Baccalaureate programme; the equivalent of studying 5 concurrent A-levels.
Working within a digital sphere has allowed me to live remotely in Russell, Bay of Islands. I travel to Auckland on monthly basis, and Australia / USA every 6mths.
Married and settled with four children (aged 3-8).
Maintain ongoing interest in food & beverage, and positioning our restaurant offering. Whilst living remotely, an enjoyment of sailing, fishing, beach walks and diving is unavoidable.
