As a Community Specialist on site at Google with Akorbi , I was responsible for the following:
- Creating content to educate users. Answer user questions of various technologies such as IOS and android mobile devices and desktops.
- Engage people to communicate in online community forums.
- Assist teams with popular trending top issues for each forum.
- Troubleshoot and identify user information such as bugs, and computer/mobile device related issues. Assist users with HTML and CSS.
- Processing user abuse, language, suggestions, and comments.
