Over the years I have experienced many roles and had the pleasure of working with some amazing people and it's this journey that I have learned the skills necessary to not only manage but ensure the healthy engagement of my team on their road to success. My strong, outgoing, can do attitude has always been a stand out for me to get the tasks at hand completed. My open handed training skills enable me to instil passion in to my trainee's and peers allowing me to leave a lasting message and supporting goals.

Obtained position as team leader in this role i was able to build my skills in team managment. The role was designed to be not only a forman for the team but a task manager. Sound time management and daily planning were a must to be able to deliver 100 percent service and repair completion. Daily meetings with the floor controller and advisor team were key learnings in this role that played a vital role in my development.

Flash Car Care a family owned business at the foot of the Dandenongs that serviced all makes and models specialising in performance cars and custom hand crafted exhausts. My role as assistant manager involved taking bookings and qouting repairs. Planning of daily jobs and controll the productivity of all working staff including the detailing team.stock managment including weekly inventory and liasing with parts representives. When the workshop owner was absent i assumed the role of the manager which introduced me to a new set of skills to build on in the area of finance management and running the workshops pay roll and general skills in Quick Books Pro.

A busy retail orientated work shop located in Melbourne's east. This position saw me enter into a new sector of the automotive repairs industry. Kmart Tyre and Auto Service and its sharp focus on convenient tyres and service saw me leading a team as the assistant manager over seeing the day to day work duties of all staff and leading by example my fast repair skills advanced diagnostics and a do it now attitude built much rapport with the Store Manager and the staff on the floor.

A highly populated area located in Melbourne east saw me take on my biggest challenge as a Store Manager the store had proven year on year sales growth and great customer retention. My sense of urgency and a yes we can attitude in the store saw the sites customer base grow. Weekly team talks were a key place to start my teams message to achieve our goals And individual discussions were performed to ensure our teams culture is always headed in the right direction and they were well trained, ready to be the team to deliver the best customer experience possible.

While managing the stores work performance I was always very confident if my eyes were not every where at the time that my messages were always clear and my team could deliver. All the team had their duties delegated  by the workshop controller to ensure myself and my assistant were able to provide nothing but successful  consultative customer experience's. With proven year on year sales growth and KPI performance, perfect staff retention and outstanding customer satisfaction my position here has been the highlight of my career to date.
