Following his successful tenure as Head of Sales, Thomas was asked to take P&L responsibility for building and growing the CRM and ERP business for Avanade UK.Thomas led a team of >40 people with arevenue budget of 11m USD.

In this role, Thomas worked closely with Microsoft and Accenture to agree joint "go to market" strategies and successfully led a number of key sales campaigns including Vasanta, EUK, Dunnhumby and Tesco.

As the Head of Sales and Marketing for the UK, Thomas recruited and developed a strong business development team whilst restructuring the focus to enable faster growth of the Direct channel.Thomas has been instrumental in winning new clients as well as driving the company through a transformation of its business, into a Solutions focused organisation leading with ERP & CRM value propositions.

In this role at Avanade, Thomas was responsible for both sales (45m UKP) and revenue (42m UKP) budget. He personally led a number of key customer engagements (e.g. HMRC, VirginMedia, AZ, Tesco, EUK, Lucida) and sponsored executive relationship with key customers such as Centrica and HBoS.

Thomas developed and executed local marketing strategy and worked closely with key business partners and stakeholders at Microsoft and Accenture.

Joined Sodexo as Group Sales Director for the UK & Ireland operations.This was a new board level role introduced to effect change and develop a best of breed sales culture.

Thomas was responsible for the entire UK Sales force and worked closely with the UK MDs and the divisional Sales Directors to develop a uniform Sales Strategy, adopt appropriate CRM system and develop a Sales Profession across all business units.

Joined Nettec as Group Sales Director in April 2001, responsible for the UK sales operation with over 30 Sales and Marketing resources.Reorganised structure to improve effectiveness of disparate customer facing teams.

Promoted to Group Managing Director and joined the Group PLC board. Developed three clear but strongly linked business units - Project Services (application development and systems integration), Packaged Services (software development and resale), Managed Services (complex hosting and infrastructure management with application management).
