A good Senior Business Analyst is someone that can quickly and accurately gather requirements from the business staff and convert those requirements into instructions for the technical staff. I have over 19 years of combined technical and business experience; on the technical side as a programmer/analyst, and on the business side as a company owner and business analyst.

However, a great Senior Business Analyst will be able to do this work, get the job done on time, under budget, and make everyone feel that they got what they wanted. I know how to get requirements from business people. I know how to translate those requirements into technical specifications.I ran my own successful consulting firm for ten years working with business owners from both Fortune 100 companies and small to midsized firms. Combining this experience with the knowledge I have gained through my sales and marketing training, you have a unique and multi-talented individual that knows how to get the job done successfully.
