Summary

I have been fortunate throughout my career to have experienced working across many disciplines in the Medical Devices Industry in both the US and Europe.I have led and developed field teams in sales, service and rental operations as well as extensive corporate office experience in leading customer support, marketing and finance operations.At all times whether as a company owner or later as a senior corporate executive I have in all my roles had full P&L responsibilities for each company or division I led.I also have extensive experience in working with product development and manufacturing units in terms of product design and the logistics of bringing product to market.

My leadership style is transformational encouraging teams to trust and perform behaviors at a high level that contribute to achievement of organizational goals. Most recently, I have concentrated on mergers and acquisitions requiring me to use my analytical skills to review new acquisitions, restructure existing & new business’ and merge where appropriate to gain efficiencies and synergies which improve the companies effectiveness and profitability.
