Working as an LVN in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Responsible for performing patient care including; receiving daily rounds report on each patient, vital signs, medication administration, carrying out various doctors orders, injections, dressing changes, IV starts and administration and reporting of variances in patient condition.
