Duties and Responsibilities To develop and ensure effective implementation of company's IMS and are working in accordance to globally accepted standards. Maintain the Good Warehouse Practice in all the Facility. To develop policies and procedures related to QHSE and food safety for review by the management. To conduct Occupational Health & Safety hazard analysis and risk assessment. Faced customer audit such as YUM brand, Federal Foods-BRF, Burger King, Unilever, and Mars. To participate in Food Safety Hazard Analysis(as a member of the Food Safety Team). To conduct tool box talks and other QHSE-Food Safety related training to workers and staffs. To evaluate compliance against QHSE, food safety, statutory, regulatory, customer and other requirements. To plan and participate in IMS internal audits. To Conduct QHSE and Food Safety inspections in the warehouse. To plan and conduct Emergency Mock drills & Recall of multiple customers. Monitor accidents, incidents and near miss in the warehouse To guide departments in investigation including root cause analysis and corrective action. To monitor contractor performance on QHSE & Food Safety. Conduct safety induction for visitors, contractors & newly joined staff. To monitor and evaluate cleaning and sanitation, pest control and other PRP's. Analyze customer complaint, internal nonconforming product from the warehouse and make recommendations for improvements. Preparing monthly KPI report for all the facility. Purchasing & Tracking of personal protective equipment for warehouse staff. Training to the warehouse worker on Material Handling Equipments.
