I was in charge of the supervision and training of employees.  Responsible for obtaining, gathering and disclosing information to complete required assessments and plans.  I attended regular meetings with consumers, families and community providers.  I scheduled appointments.  I assisted in the hiring, disciplinary and termination process.

I administered, ordered and tracked medications.  I was required to follow all rules, regulations and procedures of the administration of medication process.  I assisted consumers with daily living skills, activities.  I provided and/or assisted in personal care. 



Required to implement plans, assessments and daily notes using computer and software programs. Corresponding via email. Used for research tool.  

Communication, Social and Listening 

Constant communication  and listening with consumers, families employees and outside providers. Attended and conducted meetings and trainings. 

Hiring and Termination

I gathered verified information appropriately to insure best candidates for positions available.  Making accurate decisions based on each individual interviews and information obtained.  If a termination decision was required I needed to investigate to the fullest to ensure  all information was accurate and true and handled each incident accordingly.

Regular use of telephones, fax machine, scanner, computer and copiers.


I worked for the same company for 20 years.  I chose  the responsibility of being accessible to my employees,  consumers and outside providers 24/7.


Ability to talk with consumers and staff during an escalated incident. Able to communicate on telephone and respond or draft emails and reports.
