Providing Infor Lawson Technology, Financials, Supply Chain and Distribution application support and services.

Responsibilities were to transform Business Applications support and services; Align ERP initiatives to corporate transformation objectives; and develop high performing project and service teams as the organization increases its utilization and capabilities. Supported CIO vision for improved collaboration and teamwork between department resources. Defined ERP roadmap for Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Capital Management applications. Create application services and support policies and procedures. Program Manager for IBM Power7 upgrade; Finance and Supply Chain transformation; and redesign corporate accounting structure. Lead Infor10 Lawson S3 upgrade planning; designed Lawson interfaces to NY State PeopleSoft Financials; and coordinate technology activities for phased rollout of SUNY Time and Attendance System and integration to state legacy systems; Responsible for leading the business applications transition program for Long Island College Hospital, including migrating Oracle Financial and HR enterprise solutions to Lawson Financials, Kronos WFR, and ADP SmartCompliance, guiding development teams in the creation of migration files and business process owners in application configuration and providing training in application navigation, accounting structure design, and system functionality. Completed project on schedule for transition to New York University.

Member of Project Team that developed carbon-reducing network-controlled dimmable streetlight system for PG&E which can control light levels according to need. (http://www.pge.com/includes/docs/pdfs/mybusiness/customerservice/startstop/streetoutdoorlighting/streetlight_pilot_faq.pdf) This is a system that is widely used in Europe and PG&E became the first U.S.-based utility to prototype the solution. Demonstrations are held in front of PG&E HQ using a cell phone to control light levels of the streetlights on Beale Street.
