Production Manager / Assistant Technical Director
Oversee the day to day operations of the DeVries Theatre. Manage all labor for the theatre department. Coordinate with designers to construct theatrical sets. Lead a team of student workers and volunteers to build the sets.Troubleshoot designs to bring the designer’s vision to life.Manage box office operations and work with other departments on campus to schedule the theatre space for classes and other activities. Successfully researched and integrated a new box office ticketing system for the DeVries Theatre. Oversee department’s labor budgets for student workers. Research and recommend equipment upgrades and repairs. Manage all theatre productions from backstage crews to customer relations.
