A veteran of the finance industry, Timothy Windos has experience with business development, strategic planning, account management, and team building. Throughout his career, Timothy Windos has consistently increased revenue and captured market share for his employers. After serving as a realtor for nearly a decade, he became a Senior Financial Advisor at the Variable Annuity Life Insurance Company. In this role, he managed 2,400 clients with more than $120 million in combined assets and helped them achieve their long-term financial goals. After leaving his role as District Manager, Timothy Windos became the Director of the Retirement Benefits Group at AXA Equitable. He recruited and trained a strong sales team and led 28 financial advisors responsible for marketing to businesses and organizations. At AXA Equitable, he implemented a top-down relationship management philosophy that completely transformed the firm’s sales culture and resulted in significant profitable growth. He established contacts with superintendents, school officials, hospital administrators, business administrators, and municipal chief financial officers, achieving high market share in all four prime sectors. Timothy Windos graduated from St. Peter’s College in New Jersey, which he attended on a full athletic and academic scholarship. He also completed coursework in financial planning at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
