Timothy J. Kotowski

The recipient of a bachelor's degree in business management from Canisius College, Timothy J. Kotowski spent the first five years of his career as a buyer and merchandiser with Tops Markets, where he achieved an eight percent year-over-year sales growth for International & Specialty Foods. From 1995 to 2001, Timothy J. Kotowski held a similar role with Salisbury, North Carolina's Delhaize and, through vendor negotiations and successful marketing strategies, helped Food Lion became one of the fastest-growing supermarket chains in the United States.
After leaving Delhaize, Timothy Kotowski served as a kitchens and flooring merchandising director for Lowe's Home Improvement from 2004 to 2013, during which time he planned and executed numerous promotions and installations and earned the company's Rising Star Award at its national sales meeting in Las Vegas. He later spent four years as a director of category management with Family Dollar and presently serves as the Walmart national account manager on behalf of Monster Energy. Supplementing his bachelor's degree, Timothy J. Kotowski has since completed programs in financial management, leadership training, and reconstructing industry boundaries.
