To include a wide range of OEM products from HP, Netezza, Dell, Lenovo, Netapp, Printronix, Lexmark, Brother, F5, Epson, GE, Zenith, Zebra, and Zerox. Organized and prioritized calls daily with customers and peers. Worked with customers to repair machine/system in the best way and time frame available to keep the system up. Monitored Large Systems EREP reports to proactively find and repair intermittent problems before the machine broke. Organized large parts inventory and accounting to repair machines quickly.
