Elected Chief Executive Office of the Board of Directors leading the board of five elected members for the Bridgetowne Community Association. Responsibilities include establishing goals of the association, negotiation of contracts with third party vendors, establishing committees and assigning committee members and presiding over board meetings. Bridgetowne Community Association is responsible for over 700 homes in the community representing over $180 million in assets. In the role, renegotiated the contract with waste management vendor, representing $25 thousand in savings over 5 years, established procedures regarding requests for proposal for all community work, and upgraded security in the common areas, including the clubhouse.
Primary point of contact for Flexible Spending Account, COBRA, Direct Bill and Commuter Benefits clients within ADP National Accounts COBRA/FSA Services. Responsible for relationship with clients. Responsible for the resolution of escalated participant/client issues, and project management of client requested projects, including Annual Enrollment. Manage efforts of multiple departments within ADP to ensure effective, efficient service to clients. Involved in department-wide initiatives to improve process and procedures within Client Services group. Manage a book of business in excess of $2.5 million a year in revenue.
Responsible for management of clients totaling $1.2 million in annual revenue. Facilitate conference calls and ensure that project and participant issue logs are updated. Work with the client on requested projects and/or service changes. Manage the Hewitt team to ensure delivery of ongoing administration. Prepare and deliver monthly invoices and client metrics. Responsible for daily administration of NTRC's largest 401(k) account along with profit sharing, and pension plans. Ensure plans operate within the guidelines of the plan document, ERISA, and IRS regulations. Research and resolve escalated participant issues Designed and implemented processes to ensure continuous improvement in the efficiency of the administration of NTRC's retirement plans.
