Bridgetowne Community Association is responsible for over 700 homes in the community representing over $180 million in assets. In the role, renegotiated the contract with waste management vendor, representing $25 thousand in savings over 5 years, established procedures regarding requests for proposal for all community work, and upgraded security in the common areas, including the clubhouse.
