About Tianyi Wang
A veteran educator and researcher, Dr. Tianyi Wang has contributed articles to a variety of peer-reviewed medical publications, including the Journal of Immunology, the Journal of Proteome Research, Cell Signal, and Virology. Furthermore, Dr. Wang’s work has appeared in book form with the publication of Methods and Protocols and Psychoneuroimmunology, 3rd Edition. In addition to researching and publishing, Dr. Tianyi Wang has been asked to take part in various study sections and review panels throughout the course of his career. Among others, he has dedicated his expertise to the Bankhead-Coley Cancer Research Program in conjunction with the Florida Department of Health and the National Institutes of Health’s Membrane Biology and Protein Processing Study Section.
Highly educated, Dr. Tianyi Wang holds a PhD in microbiology from the Ohio State University and a bachelor of medicine in stomatology from Beijing Medical University in Beijing, China. He later served as an associate professor at the University of Pittsburgh and as a member of the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Research Institute.
