About Tiana Montella

A current master’s student in human resources (HR) at Chicago’s Loyola University, Tiana Montella earned her bachelor of science in psychology and bioethics at the same institution. Her undergraduate academic efforts resulted in dean’s list honors, and as a graduate student she was awarded the General Motors Minority Scholarship Fund Endowment. A member of both student and professional organizations including the Human Resources Student Association, the Society for Human Resources Management, and the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago, Tina Montella is particularly interested in organizational development HR.

While a student at Loyola, Ms. Montella worked as an intern within the university itself as well as for a number of Chicago organizations such as the Mental Health Association of Greater Chicago. Currently, she is a change intern for Ketchum, Inc. In this role, Ms. Montella assists in designing communication strategies while assessing the team’s effectiveness and supporting team building initiatives. She also conducts secondary research, such as the review of articles and white papers.
