To analyze the customer wait times and service improvement options at the Department of Public Safety(DPS) - San Marcos, TX. ARENA/SIMAN software is used to compare the average wait times of real system vs simulation model. The proposed simulation model with slight design changes should lead to lower average customer waiting time and service improvements.
