VP Sales & Marketing Dental Division
-Responsible for division’s turnover (€11 million) and results. Growth 2008: +19% (with constant parameters).
-Managing a portfolio of diversified products including medicines, medical devices and cosmetics (2 products in the top 5 of the most prescribed medicines by French dentists).
-Implementation of a development strategy aimed at 3 targets: dentists, GPs and pharmacists.
-Looking for new opportunities: looking for new products (R&D and acquisitions), international partnerships (licences), extending the existing range, developing sales on international markets (internally and externally).
-Management in France: sales (30 dental representatives + 2 area managers) and marketing (2 product managers).
