Summary

I have used the opportunities and challenges presented to me over the years to learn and grow from each. As such, I have a wide knowledge base of the construction process as I have had "hands-on" experience in virtually all of it. With McCrory Building Company I started at the bottom and worked and educated myself up, from digging footers to building lay-out, to writing my own spread-sheets. The Superintendents I have worked with could always take a day off, or go on vacation because they knew that I could run the job for them. I work well with others and enjoy the interface between the General Contractor and the Owners, Architects, Sub-Contractors, Inspectors, Vendors, and Suppliers. I am very through with my knowledge of the prints and specifications of a project so that it is "right the first time", and on time. I am very detail orientated and expect a short punch list at the job's end. I also believe in a safe job, and am knowledgeable of OSHA 1926.
