Summary

I'm wired to connect with people, invest them in the causes and work I'm passionate about, and open doors for the exchange of ideas. I'm adept at listening to others, helping them see the purpose in their work, empowering them to achieve their goals, and preventing silos to ensure shared knowledge. I'm self-motivated to set goals and deadlines, measure productivity and progress along the way, and evaluate outcomes for success or failure. Barriers and roadblocks energize me to adjust and overcome. I'm drawn to organizations that define their purpose by their contribution to society, and require me to constantly learn in order to be competent in my role.
