I am currently an independent agent. My goal is to work as a benefit consultant with companies of all sizes.  I help them expand their benefit package with little or no cost to them.

Operated on site print services for various businesses.  Responsibilities included work flow management, inventory, deliveries and special orders.

Manager of Operations

Negotiated a new contract with our print vendor, which lead to print expansion and a savings of $400 per month.

Put in new water coolers throughout the school, this helped with handicap accessibility, especially those in wheelchairs. Took part in the development of a sustainable green program by purchasing recycled or biodegradable products which

helped the school reach their goals for a green campus.

Managed all support systems for the school, this includes; mail, printing, copying and ordering supplies.

Sold school merchandise, i.e. t-shirts and hats.

Made sure all vending machines were in working order.

Worked with the accounting department on book keeping for vending, merchandise and large bulk mail meters.

By reinstating inventory procedures, help the school remove clutter, remove products that were not needed and create safety and budget standards.

Purchasing: Make sure that store is stocked, including papers and binding supplies. Obtain replacement machine parts and toners from Xerox supplier
