Serving the client’s needs 1st.  For the past 13 years Thomas has led executive level program management strategic change initiatives as a self-directed management consultant serving small, mid-sized and fortune 500 market leaders.  The majority of these engagements focus on enterprise level strategy development; business process re-engineering, human capital management / training; value chain mapping; risk mitigation and overall corporate transformation that drove incremental revenue growth and operational efficiency improvements.

Results / Impact - Change Management, Project Management

Led the strategic growth of a company from $45M in annual revenue to $75M within 5 years and further streamlined processes to grow it to $100M.

Aided a $3M company in landing a $14M contract via key contribution to create the RFQ and marketing proposal.  Designed and directed accelerated Human Capital sourcing, interviewing and on-boarding process for 85 contractors and external support personnel within 90 days.

Served as Project Manager, taking lowest-performing departments to top performers within 14 months—with cost savings of $1.4M in one year. 

Developed marketing presentation in 36 hours which resulted in the approval of a $1.4M contract, representing over half of the company’s 2012 revenue.

Implemented world class Six Sigma program, achieving a 49% reduction in quality incidents and a 97.4% on time delivery and resulted in an unanticipated increase in sales dollar value of 68%.

Diminished total Operational costs by 18.2%.

Achieved a 40% reduction in waste and a 35% gain in process workflow, a 130% improvement over prior year.

Combined work flows, cutting process time from 50 minutes to 15, while revising procedures to shrink wasted time by over 40 minutes.

Introduced a breakthrough process for shipping and transportation departments, saving 17% on domestic shipping and 19% internationally on an annual basis.

Marketed automation, circuit protection, electrical distribution, machine control, motor control, and power management solutions to residential, commercial, industrial, and OEM markets. Provided dedicated support to sales teams (representing 30% of the entire organization’s sales force) and coordinated customer visits for all Schneider Electric North American locations.

  • Marketing Solutions: Created marketing programs/promotions, processed product samples, responded to demo requests.
