·       Achieved 30% annual revenue growth with 16% net profit by streamlining processes and    developing procedures to cut costs by 25%.  Secured over $400K in financing, wrote and presented corporate business plan, semi-finalist WPI business plan contest.

·        Developed marketing strategies and campaigns that increased customer base 266% and market penetration from 8 states to 30 states and Canada.

·        Implemented /stabilized financial controls, budgets, cost controls, revenue / cash forecasting, established credit lines, managed inventory turns 4x, reduced CGS 25%

·        Delivered consistent profits, from maintenance agreements, training, and professional services, contributing to 50% of annual revenues at 57% margins.

·        Established processes and managed revenue recognition, SOX compliant

·        Built and directed all Operations, Customer Service and QA teams for a VOIP start-up.

         Incrementally grew revenues to $9M, delivered 1st product to live carrier in 9 months. 

·        Maintained customer satisfaction levels of more than 90%, while attaining 100% service contract renewals. Technical support organization was characterized by customers as the most technically competent and dedicated in VOIP industry.

·        Implemented RightNow CRM and QuickBooks financial systems utilized for sales financials, and Customer Service. Utilized RightNow knowledge base for customer self service reducing calls by 15% saving $72K per year.

·        Negotiated agreements and managed escalations for corporation. Experienced in working with “C” level customers, vendors, and partners.

·        Implemented a total operational and logistics reorganization to achieve 50% reduction in cycle times and reducing DSO 54%.

·        Initiated companies first professional services team and generated annual revenue stream that grew from $0-3.5M in four years.

·        Built and directed corporate quality efforts responsible for New Product Introduction, Far East supplier, and corporate quality ISO 9001 compliance.

·        Increased corporate profits 17% by implementing an aggressive corporate outsourcing plan while maintaining current revenue goals and quality standards.  Results included a $600K inventory savings.
