·Evaluated the current state of the ResourceLink system and made recommendations on system, data cleanup, process and procedure changes.

·Designed, Developed and Tested a core suite of 20 KPI reports covering absence, bradford points, staff turnover, headcount and further MI reports including dashboards for both board level and management teams.
