My interests are playing football, and cricket. I started to play football when I was 6 and my first football team I played for was Nissan FC. I stopped when I was 8 and started to play cricket. The first cricket team I played for was Washington CC and I still play for them today.  At the age of 13 I started to play team football again for the Lambton Lions, I have played for them for 4 years.

In my spare time I like to go to the gym, and go out with friends and family. On a weekend during the football season I like to go to watch Sunderland play with friends. I enjoy going out for a meals with family. I also like to go out riding on my bike.


I am honest, hard working, punctual and polite. I find it easy to get along with other people.

I like to learn new skills, and aim to strive for perfection in my work.

I have picked up a varied amount of social and physical working skills over the last few years, which are mentioned in this cv.

East Durham College

During this course i learned howto do the following :

  • Dry  lining
  • Plastering
  • Mixing plaster
  • Put bell beads on the wall

Dry Line, render and plaster. I worked as part of a team. We would split into teams of two for certain tasks and to gain my qualification we fully plastered a house between 6 of us.

I also gained Key Skills in Maths and English and received Health and Safety Training as part of the College course.

When I was attending school I was on a city and guilds course, in bricklaying, Painting & decorating as well as Joinery.

In bricklaying I was taught how to mix mortar and how to lay the bed for the brick to lay on to.  I was also taught how to use the equipment and what they are used for.

Paint & Decorating: I was taught how to hold a paint bursh the corect way and all of the different tools that they use for a job.

Joinery:  I was taught how to do all different kind of joints and the and tools for joinery and the use for them.

Hebbon Fire Department

While i was at school i was on works experince at Hebbon Fire Department, i woked on team building skills and comunication skills. we got put into a dark house with out T.A masks on and we were made to look for objects  in different places of the house this helped with out comunication skills and team work as we could not see where we were going. we also got to go down some tranning swer to find different kind of objects.  

Work Experince

While I was still at school I went on a works experience for one week, at a local army base.

During my placement at the army base I was awarded a certificate for best male student. We worked mainly on team building and communication skills.

When I went to the Army training we did orienteering, sniper challenge, obstacle courses where we were split in to teams and helped each other. At the end of the training I received a medal for best male soldier.

Spray Paint Technician

New Life Cars

While I was working at New Life Cars I helped the staff in the spray booth by assisting with the finishing and snagging of the vehicles being sprayed.  I also assisted the administration department with paperwork, filing and other office duties. I also help by cleaning the cars out if they were to be sold, this entailed hoovering and washing the car after it had been sprayed as well as giving it a fresh coat of wax.

Plastering Assistant

One Call Plastering

During my time with One Call  my main duty involved assisting the plasterer with his jobs. I was also responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the work place/environment, i.e work floors and tools.

In addition to this I would follow the plasterer filling any gaps before applying the second coat.
