Platform optimization Comet’s Clearance Business: Objective was to reduce call centre costs; goal was achieved by implementing FAST search engine into the branded auction site and Truition e-commerce store front. I was deputy of the program manager and supporting the strategy team.
Objective was to reduce lead costs for Thomson Travel Group; goal was achieved by two measures a) extensive keyword research b) dedicated landing pages. My role was supporting the business owner as coach and strategist as his business was moving away from a pure-play PPC service provider towards an online marketing agency with coding capabilities.
