In 1999 I had the opportunity to hire on with Prudential Real Estate Professionals as a filing clerk. During my 4.5 years with Prudential, I moved through many positions, each with their own new and challenging set of responsibilities. Positions held: filing clerk, listing coordinator, transaction coordinator, IT Deptartment Assistant, Branch trainer, Accounting executive. These positions included but were not limited to the following responsibilities. Filing, customer service, Agent commission processing, collections,.New program development, implementation, and management (Transaction Coordination Program offered to agents for a fee). Check/referral processing, Agent ledger management and collection, training, IT troubleshooting and tech support and training. 

While working with Prudential, I had the opportunity to gain a wealth of knowledge and attend several courses taylored for trainers, and supervisors.
