Seeking customer service position. Possess strong customer services skills that I honed in multiple positions. In very first job, fielded customer services questions about a popular dictionary. In position as Subscriptions Manager for PRSA, handled dozens of customer services calls each day. As Account Manager at an Alphagraphics office, successfully juggled both sales and customer service responsibilities. As an extroverted people person, I love work that involves face-to-face interaction with a variety of people.
Served in multiple roles: Marketing Chair of Calico Fair, Existing Membership Chair, and Stewardship Chair. As Marketing chair of Calico Fair 2015 devised multi-pronged marketing plan to promote major fundraiser, that raised over $13,000. In 2013 and 2014, as Existing Membership Chair , co-chaired annual gift auction that raised over $6,000 for organization. In preparation for this event, solicited over one hundred businesses for donations. Discerned a need for more children’s activities within organization. To fulfill that need, created a program called Kids’ Club. As stewardship chair in 2012 and 2013, through hard work and innovation, spearheaded fundraising campaign that raised over $280,000. Showed personal touch and appreciation by sending over one hundred handwritten thank you notes.
Networked extensively with local business owners in order to break into the New Jersey market. On tight budget, strategized affordable ways to market business through traditional marketing such as outdoor signage and also through social media promotion.
Taught an enrichment class to elementary school students after school. Developed curriculum for the class, coordinating a new book with a new recipe each session. Because class size was small (cap was ten children), was able to give one-on-one instruction and attention to all students each session.
