Key Performance Area-Effective Grade Management and mine planning for ore reserve development.


I am responsible for the reporting of monthly production Evaluation, Ore and metal accounting, inventory management, ore reserve maintenance, assist in mine planning for optimum ore reserve development and the overall grade management of a mine. Preparation of modifying factors for the company's annual Ore Reserve reporting as defined by the SAMREC and SAMVAL codes.
