HEC-RAS is a water modeling software used to determine Special Flood Hazard Areas in detail. I have also taken a course in HEC-HMS which is a broader modeling program.


I have been using ArcMap, in various versions, for over 10 years and about 2 years working more closely with components (ArcCatalog, ArcGIS Administrator, and ArcScene).   I have recently completed Geography 441 (GIS Design) and Geography 481 (Fundamentals of GIS) at NMSU.

Personal Computer

  Proficient in operating a personal or laptop computer; to include all MicroSoft Office Products (Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Word, tools), software and hardware installation, with some trouble shooting.  


To expand my experience and institutional knowlendge in the Public Works department.
