Provide resources for the local gluten free community including individuals, corporations and manufacturers. Individual phone counseling, design local programming and run support and educational meetings to best serve our group. Ran the local Chef-to-Plate restaurant educational program.

Partnered with corporations to positively impact the health of their employees by running Health Expos, Lunch N Learns and other educational programs. Implemented biometric screenings and health risk assessments to best help each corporation assess the health needs of their employees. Networked with health care practitioners and innovative health product manufacturers to put the best services and products in front of employees. Worked with practitioners in their offices to teach them how to effectively market to and service the corporations.

Responsible for locating and evaluating the best pet products and services to promote in the Bay Area. Primary concentration was in the area of pet health. Located areas for distribution of the educational materials and programs.

Coordinator Mental Health Players, Jr.
An interactive improv troupe that presented mental health issues (bullying, drug & alcohol abuse, etc.) and solicited solutions from the audience. Successfully created, coordinated, interviewed and led the youth division which was determined to have a greater impact when dealing with schools, youth groups and youth troupes.

Established independent software consulting firm. Involved in all aspects of the sales, installation and marketing of software designed for long term health care clients. Assessed the client needs to be sure we sold in and implemented the best possible solutions. Selected as a charter user of IBM Storyboard, the precursor to Powerpoint which positively impacted our sales and marketing strategies. Certified as a Woman's Business Enterprise.
1981 - 1987
Installed and sold IBM/AIMS mini computer software solutions to a variety of long-term health care providers. Effectively created training tools that helped even the most resistant users learn the computer system. Represented the New York based company at trade shows, IBM meetings, and government (Medicare/Medical) policy meetings nationwide.
